New Boat Lift Sale
Buyer Terms: Buyer agrees and understands that any guarantees, warranties, or returns will take place directly with the manufactures, supported with the assistance of Caruso.
Caruso Terms: All warranties and assurances for a new ShoreStation dock and/or lift purchase will be provided by ShoreStation directly. Warranty information will be provided to customer upon request. Buyer agrees to completely indemnify and hold Caruso harmless or liable during or after the transaction of this boat lift sale for any reason. Caruso is not responsible for the state of the lift including but not limited to structural integrity, quality, condition, or working order. Both Buyer and Seller understand that Caruso is facilitating the transaction, building, installing, and providing a delivery service for the lift and will render services on an as needed basis after delivery. All claims for the lift can be submitted after the lift is registered by the owner. All warranties will be provided directly by the manufacturer.
Caruso is not liable for loss of any property, any personal injury or death due to fire, ice, flood, theft, vandalism, hurricane, tornado or any other cause whatsoever, notwithstanding that any such event may have been caused by the negligence of Caruso or any of its agents, subcontractors or employees and the undersigned customer releases, discharges and covenants not to sue Caruso, its officers, agents, subcontractors and employees, from any and all claims and liability arising out of strict liability or ordinary negligence of such parties which causes the customer injury, death, damages or property damage. The customer further agrees to save, indemnify, and hold harmless Caruso from any claims or damages whatsoever by reason of injury, death, damages incurred by any guest or invitee of the customer and with respect to any property damage or loss sustained by any guest or invitee. The customer further herby waves any right of subrogation on behalf of itself and all parties that may derive rights through the customer as a result of any injuries, death, damages or property damages with respect to which the customer may have become liable.
Upon execution of a Caruso Estimate, Invoice, or Contract, all sales are final and monies are owed. Customer may cancel the order within 48 hours of signature. In the event the customer requests to cancel within 48 hours or less of execution, a 10% fee will be owed to Caruso. If a customer cancels an order after 48 hours, a 25% fee will be owed to Caruso.

Used Boat Lift Sale
Seller Terms: Boat Lift Owner (Seller) authorizes Caruso to transact the sale of their personal boat lift. Transfer of the lift will be determined between the three (3) parties (Buyer, Seller, Caruso) and Caruso will make a best effort to accommodate all parties involved. Sale of the lift does not include or transfer any factory warranties or guarantees. Seller does represent that the lift is in working order and does not know of any issues posing risk to the purchasing party.

Dock Bot/ Marine Equipment/ Technology & Hardware
Buyer Terms: Buyer agrees and understands that any guarantees, warranties, or returns will take place directly with the manufactures, supported with the assistance of Caruso.
Caruso Terms: All warranties and assurances for Dock Bot or any marine technology/ equipment will be provided by all manufactures directly. Warranty information will be provided to customer upon request. Buyer agrees to completely indemnify and hold Caruso harmless or liable during or after any transaction for any reason. Caruso is not responsible for the state of any dock and/or boat lifts including but not limited to structural integrity, quality, condition, or working order. Both Buyer and Seller understand that Caruso is facilitating the resale of equipment, building/ installing/repairing equipment and providing a delivery service for Dock Bot/ Marine Equipment and will render services on an as needed basis after delivery. All claims for the equipment purchased can be submitted to the manufacture directly. All warranties will be provided directly by the manufacturer.
