• Customers who choose to become a DockTech USA Dry Dock Member agree and are bound to the following Terms of Service.

Drop-off location: Lake Mohawk Country Club Boardwalk Launch Site/ Key drop-box
We recommend arriving at the DockTech Launch Site 10-15 minutes before your Scheduled Departure. Scheduled Departure is considered the booking time for your reservation. 
Boaters are allotted 8 hours from the time of the Scheduled Departure before they need to return to the designated Launch Site. 
Boaters will be charged $5 for every 2 minutes past the Scheduled Return time. Scheduled Return is 8 hours from Scheduled Departure time.
Boaters may return the vessel before the Scheduled Return time. Keys may be given to a DockTech representative or placed in the key dropbox. 
Scheduled Services must be canceled 48 hours or more in advance. It is up to each boater to watch the weather and be mindful of canceling services if there is a chance of inclement weather. Refunds will not be provided due to unfavorable weather.
